Junior Division

Our Juniors Division includes our 5th and 6th grade students who are transitioning from an elementary school mindset to a middle school maturity. Many of them are discovering that peer interactions (especially humor) that endeared them with their peers when they were younger need to grow as they seek to maintain deeper and less superficial peer to peer connections. The juniors are often excited, inquisitive and optimistic about the future. Our 2:5 staffing ratio allows the juniors to select a wide range of camp activities based upon interest. This division does well with inquiry-based role-plays, group rewards and theme days as well as our weekly Wednesday trips.
